Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, ambitious, emotionally aware, and exhausted from constantly carrying forward while being overextended and disconnected from their own needs and capacity.
Holistic coaching and cyclical mentoring can support you whether you are just beginning to explore cyclical living, moving through hormonal changes, navigating periods of emotional overwhelm or transition, or simply feeling called toward a more grounded and body-led way of living. Together, we explore how your menstrual cycle, nervous system, emotional patterns, relationships, workload, and lifestyle all shape your wellbeing and sense of self.
This work is not only about symptom management or cycle tracking, although those may absolutely be part of the journey. It is about learning how to stop living against your self. About understanding your changing capacity, building self-trust, strengthening boundaries, reconnecting to pleasure and aliveness, and creating a life your body can genuinely feel supported inside.
You do not need to be deeply spiritual, highly knowledgeable, or “good” at embodiment to begin. Curiosity, openness, and the desire for a different way of living are enough.

Each session is a grounded, supportive space shaped around where you currently are — emotionally, physically, mentally, and within your cycle. We begin by checking in on what has been present for you lately: your energy, emotions, nervous system, relationships, cycle patterns, challenges, or anything that feels especially alive or important to you.
From there, we explore the deeper patterns, tensions, or needs beneath what you are experiencing. Depending on your intentions and what feels supportive, our sessions may include cyclical education, coaching, somatic awareness, nervous system support, reflection, practical lifestyle guidance, embodiment practices, and emotional processing. Everything is tailored specifically to you rather than following a rigid formula.
You leave each session with greater clarity, self-understanding, and practical integration steps that feel realistic and supportive for your life.

I offer coaching in English, German, and Hungarian. Feel free to choose the language you are most comfortable with.

I offer online 1:1 coaching sessions. This allows you to be in the comfort of your own space, which makes it easier to focus on yourself and your journey. I find this format to be particularly effective, as it enables flexibility and intimacy for deep, reflective work.
Additionally, I am excited to be launching online group courses where you can join a community of like-minded individuals, all working together toward greater cyclical awareness. These will be announced soon, so keep an eye out!
